Pay Member Renewal Fees Online

To renew your membership online, choose one of the PayPal links below to join PHSNE using your credit card or personal PayPal account. PayPal will accept major credit cards. You only need a credit card, you do not need to establish a PayPal account.

If you are making a gift membership for a returning member, please be sure to fill out the recipient’s name, address, and e-mail address in the “Comments to PHSNE” section on the PayPal payment page.

Individual (US or Canadian mailing address) $50.00 USD Family (Two members at same address in US or Canada) $55.00 USD Foreign (Mailing address not in US or Canada) $60.00 USD Student (Note: You must mail in copy of current student ID) $30.00 USD

Renew Membership by Postal Mail

If you prefer to pay for your renewal by mailing a check or money order, please print the PDF application form, fill it in, and mail it with your payment to the address on the form.
