Note To New Page Authors in Pages at PHSNE Members Pages

Members' pages under development will be read protected, and will not appear in the members' pages list unless you have logged into the page with the password for the page. To login to your page click on the following URL:

http://phsne.org/members/FirstLast

then edit the "FirstLast" part of the URL to be your group name in the browser URL display and hit "return" key to get the browser to request your page. The "Home" part shown by the browser is optional. You will now be challenged to provide the password for your page.

"FirstLast" is the group name given to your pages, usually your first and last name. The group and page names are case sensitive, and "CamelCase" is mandatory in wiki group and page names. Once you get to your page you may save the address as a bookmark in your browser to make it easier to get to the page as you work on it.

Note: Prior to July 2011 authors had been instructed to use a URL with "index.php" in it. The wiki code has been updated and the "index.php" is no longer required in URLs. Legacy URLs with "index.php" in them will continue to work, but the site now defaults to the shorter, cleaner URLs without the "index.php" in them.
