The ClustrMaps count 'visits' which are page views that, roughly speaking, occur more than 24 hours apart from the same internet address. Thus if one goes back to the site 20 times in a day from the same location, it will only count as one visit. If you visit the site each day of a week, at the same time, it will count as 7 visits. The system uses your internet (IP) address rather than placing cookies on your machine. This is not perfect—if you move to a different IP address on the same day it will count your new IP address as a new visit—but it is a simple and effective technique to get a good count of unique visits in normal circumstances.

The 'views' count below the ClustrMaps thumbnail is a counter provided by the site wiki system that counts page views. If you come back an visit the page in the wiki 20 times in a day, it will be increased by 20. Thus it does not represent unique visits to the wiki page.
