Dues Payment Using PayPal

Using your credit card or a personal PayPal account, you can join PHSNE or renew a membership. You do not need to establish a PayPal account to pay your dues online. PayPal will accept major credit cards.

Just select your membership category from the drop down menu below then click the Pay Now button. You will be transferred to the secure PHSNE payment page at the PayPal Web site. There you can review the transaction before submitting it for payment. PayPal will collect the minimum information needed to complete the transaction and confirm it. When you successfully complete the payment PayPal will send you email confirmation and you will be transferred back to PHSNE's confirmation page at phsne.org where you can fill out the full membership form online.

If you cancel the PayPal transaction, you will be transferred back to a PHSNE Web site page that will provide information on other ways to join or renew your membership.

PHSNE Membership for 2012

Individual (US or Canadian mailing address) $35.00 Family (Two members at same address in US or Canada) $40.00 Foreign (Mailing address not in US or Canada) $45.00 Student (Note: You must mail in copy of current student ID) $15.00

1. The PHSNE Board voted March 4, 2012 to start the membership year on September 1^st of each year, a change from the previous calendar year basis. All members in good standing in calendar year 2012 will receive a 40th Anniversary Membership bonus of extended membership until August 31^st 2013. Thus even though the PayPal membership purchase currently states the membership is for calendar year 2012, all memberships in good standing in 2012 will be automatically extended until August 31^st 2013, a eight month bonus.
2. New memberships received after April 1, 2012 will include the remainder of 2012 and membership through August 31^st 2013.
3. Foreign members should note that dues are in US dollars. PayPal will handle the currency conversion. Foreign members should verify the PayPal exchange rate for their currency. PHSNE does not set the exchange rate.
